Restricted jurisdictions and eligibility
Who is not eligible at launch, including U.S.-nexus accounts, FATF high-risk and increased-monitoring jurisdictions, and provider-restricted locations.
Launch restrictions
NobleFXM services are not available at launch to U.S. residents, U.S. citizens, dual citizens with U.S. citizenship, U.S. entities, or other U.S.-nexus accounts requiring exclusion; clients connected to FATF high-risk call-for-action or FATF increased-monitoring jurisdictions; sanctioned persons, entities, territories, or comprehensively sanctioned/prohibited jurisdictions; the United Kingdom, EU/EEA, Canada, Australia, Japan; Saint Lucia local clients; or any jurisdiction where the service would violate local law or provider restrictions.
NobleFXM also does not accept sanctioned persons, entities, territories, comprehensively sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions, prohibited payment corridors, or any country, territory, person, entity, activity, or provider connection restricted by applicable law, sanctions, PSP, bank, liquidity-provider, platform-provider, KYC-vendor, or other vendor rules.
U.S. nexus
NobleFXM does not offer services to U.S. residents, U.S. citizens, dual citizens with U.S. citizenship, U.S. entities, or accounts with U.S. ownership, control, or another U.S. nexus requiring exclusion.
If you are unsure
Do not attempt to work around geographic, nationality, residency, payment-source, or provider restrictions. Contact support before submitting personal information, opening an account, or depositing funds if you are unsure whether you are eligible.
