Noblefxm Ltd, hereinafter "NobleFXM" or "we" or "the Company", is a Saint Lucia International Business Company (IBC). NobleFXM provides trading services, trading tools, and educational resources for financial markets. Client funds deposited with the Company are held in segregated sub-accounts in the name of each client.
Risk Disclosure
NobleFXM is a broker that facilitates traders to carry out live market transactions. Non-Acceptable Users
NobleFXM services are not available at launch to U.S. residents, U.S. citizens, dual citizens with U.S. citizenship, U.S. entities, or other U.S.-nexus accounts requiring exclusion; clients connected to FATF high-risk call-for-action or FATF increased-monitoring jurisdictions; sanctioned persons, entities, territories, or comprehensively sanctioned/prohibited jurisdictions; the United Kingdom, EU/EEA, Canada, Australia, Japan; Saint Lucia local clients; or any jurisdiction where the service would violate local law or provider restrictions.
We also do not accept sanctioned persons, entities, territories, comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, prohibited payment corridors, or any country, territory, person, entity, activity, or provider connection restricted under applicable OFAC, UN, UK, EU, Saint Lucia, PSP, bank, liquidity-provider, platform-provider, KYC-vendor, or other vendor rules. FATF high-risk call-for-action and FATF increased-monitoring jurisdictions are restricted at launch.
The conservative launch default also excludes the United Kingdom, EU/EEA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Saint Lucia local clients, Cuba, Sudan, and any jurisdiction where the distribution or use of our services would violate local laws, regulations, or provider restrictions.
Do not attempt to sign up, deposit, or trade if any restriction applies. Eligibility is subject to KYC/AML, sanctions, nationality, residency, beneficial-ownership, payment-provider, local-law, and vendor review.
